Steven Bender

Hi guys! For those who don’t know me, my name is Steven Bender. I was born and raised in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. I graduated from Mifflin County Christian Academy in 2006, and I became a member at Maple Grove Mennonite Church in 2020. I have two beautiful daughters, Finley Noelle (5) and Millie Grace (3). I heard God’s call to youth ministry in 2022, and in July 2023 I became the ministry director for Mifflin County. I spend my days at the office, gym, youth clubs and meetings, or at home with my kids. I love to play ice hockey and enjoy almost every other sport. Another hobby of mine is cars and motorcycles. I look forward to seeing what God has planned for the students of Mifflin County, and I greatly appreciate all of the support and prayers along the way.
