About Koinonia Cross Training

The equipment you'll find at the CPYM fitness center is primarily free weights (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, etc.). We offer various different memberships that are linked below with a price listing. The gym is accessible for use during times that there is not a class (times for class are listed below).
